M-spec4M-spec is listed to represent both the umbrella term as well as M-spec identities that aren’t separately mentioned here. (M-spec means multi-attraction-Spectrum for anyone who doesn’t know the term.)
M-spec4M-spec is combined with T4T once because it is a fairly common combination and I felt like putting it on the list.

- I want to go into some detail with some Transmasc Thomas hcs because his situation is interesting imo
- As Thomas grew up, it was definitely evident to Luda Mae he wasn't like other girls
- He never enjoyed the dolls passed down to him and he'd dirty all of his old dresses/skirts just so he couldn't wear them
- It was an added feature to his social isolation growing up :/ constantly made fun of for not how he looked on the inside, but how he felt on the inside too
- It's not the best situation on the familial side of things too
- The men in his family will never be sympathetic to his situation and it's too foreign of a concept for them to support
- However Luda Mae was supporting and the biggest reason for why Tommy was allowed to be named Tommy and do the chores the other men around the house do too <3
- While she doesn't understand it, she loves her son regardless !! Even if it means constantly arguing with Holt and Monty
- His "transition" isn't much; under the strict rule of Hoyt and the time period, there's not a lot he can do
- Thomas definitely felt as if he won the genetic lottery, growing up to be 6'5" and broad
- He passes easily with his limited speech and the muscles he's gained from his job + chores
- And even if he gets misgendered by a stranger, one unintentionally intimidating huff will get them scrambling into an apology
- Okay but anyways I think Tommy loves the fact that he sees someone like himself !!
- It's so comforting finding someone you relate to, finding someone that proves to others that you're not the odd man out <3
- In general, Thomas isn't the best with comfort. He's pretty stunted in that category, but if you're feeling dysphoric or overstimulated Thomas will do anything he can to make you feel better !!
- He'll gladly do all of your chores before Hoyt finds out, (it flusters him to no end but) if you need to play with his hair to stim, he'll sit still for you
- You don't have to ask before he's giving you one of his shirts !! They make him feel better about himself, maybe they can help you too
- If you have trouble communicating, it's alright, Tommy does too <3
- Not only him would vouch for you if you go nonverbal, Luda Mae raised Thomas ! She can catch onto some signs and help you if needed
- Your clothes not fitting the way they're supposed to? Maybe hugging your chest too much or you just hate the feeling around the arms? It's just too small? Let Tommy fix them for you <33

I imagine that Huxley transitioned early, having gotten testosterone and surgeries when he was pretty young
Damien, on the other hand, only started on T a couple years back
They work out together, and share tips and tricks for getting swole (this one is Canon and does not require Transness; I just like it)
We know Damien is “so into” Huxley’s hot bod, and he can’t help but compare them: muscles, scars, hair growth, dicks
Huxley is quick to remind Damien that he’s equally attractive, and that Huxley is mostly “ahead” of Damien because he started earlier (he would have been taller and bulkier regardless, though. That’s just genetics)
On days when Damien doesn’t feel “man enough,” Huxley holds him and kisses him and reminds him, “You’re my man.”
Maybe Hux helps Damien shave? idk it’s a cute image to me. Damien’s facial hair still grows sparsely, and the unevenness bothers him, so Huxley is happy to walk him through it.

Milo still has wide hips and thick thighs that he’s quite proud of (Sam loves holding them)
Sam’s top surgery scars, like most of his scars, are pretty gnarly. Neither he nor his surgeon knew much about the surgery or healing magic at that point, so it was kind of a mess. He was annoyed about it for a while, but now considers it an important part of his past.
Sam is always on Milo about taking care of himself, be it drinking enough water or taking his T on time
Milo definitely teases/flirts with Sam about his “dad qualities” (sturdy body, full beard, gray hairs, not-mad-just-disappointed voice)
Sometimes Sam calls Milo “boy” when he’s irritated and it maybe shouldn’t turn Milo on but it does
