When someone from his past unexpectedly shows up on your date, you are not happy with him ignoring you for her.
“Jagiya, let’s get bubble tea!” Taehyung offered, shaking your held hands like a little kid while walking.
It was his day off, so you were just having a walk in the streets of Seoul. And of course, you agreed. Seriously, why wouldn’t you? Its bubble tea!
You sometimes wondered why he decided to stick around, you weren’t anything special. You were just an ordinary girl, one out of many. But for whatever reason he was, you were grateful, as he was the best thing in your life.
Walking into the shop, you ordered your favorite flavors and took a seat, enjoying the heavenly taste of the drink. You were having a normal conversation, which in your dictionaries, was meant to be full of laughs and silly jokes.
Suddenly, you hear someone call out his name. You both turned your heads to find Taehyung’s ex, Eun Ha, standing 10 feet away from you. She approached your table with a smile.
“Taehyung! How have you been?” As every ex was, she was in all meaning of the word, beautiful. Her dress fit her body perfectly, her hair on point. She looked as if she just stepped out of a magazine cover, even her nails were that perfect. They had broken up because of their clashing personalities, which was what, you still had no idea. You hadn’t met her before, had only seen pictures.
“Eun Ha! Hey! I’ve been great, how about you?” Taehyung asked, smiling along with her. She took a seat at your table, ignoring your presence completely. They continued to talk to each other, as if you weren’t even there. You sat there, drink finished long ago, bored to death. So, you decided to play games on your phone for the remainder of the time.
Finally, they realized the time. After 2 hours of catching up, she decided it was late enough.
“Come on jagiya, let’s go home.” He said, and made his way to get out of the shop. You rolled your eyes and followed him. So much for spending time together.
You got back home, him still acting like everything was fine. But you knew it wasn’t. He just ignored you the whole time! You had a right to be mad!
He went to your bedroom, while you went to the kitchen to find something to eat. You only had one drink since a very early lunch and you were hungry. Finding nothing that special in the fridge, you decided to make yourself a simple sandwich. You were in the middle of doing so, when you felt Taehyung backhug you.
“Jagiya, can you make me something too? I’m hungry.” He asked. You ignored him and continued making your sandwich, this time putting way more pressure into everything.
“Jagiya? Did you hear me?” He asked, noticing your lack of response.
“If you want something to eat so bad, go ask her.” You replied, hoping he’ll stop bothering you.
“What?” He asked, clearly confused.
You stopped what you were doing, and turned around. You huffed out a breath in annoyance.
“I said, why don’t you ask her?”
He stared at you for a few seconds, still confused, until it hit him.
“Is this about Eun Ha?”
You didn’t say anything, just faced away from him, arms crossed and pouting.
“Are you jealous?” He asked. You couldn’t tell what he was thinking, you were facing away from him.
“No!” You replied, not wanting to give him a reason to tease you.
Suddenly, he burst out laughing.
“Don’t laugh!” You warned him, turning to face him again, fists balled, and foot stomping like a child’s. But this only made him laugh harder.
“Oh, jagi, you’re so cute.” He said as he stopped laughing, but a smile evident on his face, one of amusement.
He hugged you close to him, and brought his face near your neck.
“I don’t love her anymore. We broke up, remember? There’s a reason I’m dating you and not her right now. You have no reason to be jealous, okay?”
You relaxed into the hug and let out a breath you didn’t realize you were holding. You might be his girlfriend for months, but you still were a fangirl at heart, his hugs still got you jumpy.
“Besides,” he continued, letting go of you pinching your nose “I only love you, and I wouldn’t let you go just like that. Who am I going to tease if not you? Maybe you should get jealous more often, you are so adorable when you do.”
He brought himself close to you again, this time his mouth to your ear. He spoke slightly above a whisper in his deep, husky voice.
“Want me to prove how much I love you?” He said, placing a kiss on your earlobe. Blushing as red as a tomato, you quickly pushed him away. You knew exactly what he meant, but no way in hell was that happening.
He laughed out, much to your annoyance, but didn’t stop this time. He was still laughing as he spoke his next words
“I love it when you are flustered. You look like you might explode any time.”
“Shut up,” you said, smacking his arm. But you were smiling, and that was enough for him.
