It's 3am and I'm awake against my will. The arm huuuurts, kinda like the pain from holding ice cubes. And it starts out really minor but gradually gets stronger and stronger until I'm twitching and emotional. I'm very very lucky that Tylenol helps at all but I may have to set timers/alarms to make sure I remember to take it **before** the pain becomes unbearable.
