I need to rehome my bird. Hi. This is El Wiwi, but I just call him Wiwi. He is a 5 year old yellow-sided green cheek conure. He loves to be pet, except when he doesn't. His favorite foods are apple peels and sweet peppers. He can say two words, though he's not a good talker so you may have to trust me that this is what he's saying: "Wiwi," and "Gabey." (His name and my youngest son's name.) Why must I rehome my bird? Well unfortunately I received a pretty bad medical diagnosis and I am losing a lot of energy and a lot of ability to do basic things, and keeping up with his needs is getting harder. In addition to that, I don't want to risk having to leave him to my kids should the worst happen because my kids don't really like him. I'm in Arkansas but I'm willing to drive at least some. I care about his well-being above all, so this isn't like a first come first serve kind of situation. Birds are very different pets from cats or dogs or snakes. And I've also heard lots of stories from people who have had pet birds, but also had pet dogs, and the pet dogs ate the birds. You'd be surprised how often that happens. Or at least how often people tell me personal anecdotes like that. D: Message me if you are interested and also if you understand how to take care of a bird as a pet. They're messier than you might think a bird would be. A little loud sometimes. Moody but also loves attention. Must chew on everything. (I have a wall clock I can give along with his cage and his little bath "plate" he bathes in so he will also have something familiar to chew up or perch on. He's unaccustomed to being kept in a cage all the time. He's mostly out and about in the house so if you're someone who would have to keep him caged most of the time, he may not be the bird for you.

Ugh, coming back from the dead to post this. Fan-art of @treel's AU, in which this alternate universe has a Dib who has overthrown his evil father to take his place as ruler of the entire Earth. Zim 2 (like from the Zimvoid) is from this universe in this AU. Zim2 is a more competent Zim, though he's still kind of a dummy. Because he's more competent, he also has a better human disguise. He's also a little spoiled-rotten. I take some liberties with these guys but it's an AU I feel very close to.

Last Book: The Husky and His White Cat Shizun book 6. I still have several books in the series to read but I’m really broke right now and can’t afford little luxuries like new books.

Last Song: Currently I’m listening to the Undertale sound track while I work.

Last Movie: Went and saw FNAF 2 in the theater. I enjoyed it. Despite all its many, many flaws, I liked it.

Last Series: Man. I don’t know. I don’t watch TV hardly ever. Probably season 1 of DanDaDan this last summer and I don’t think I’ve watched a TV show since then. Nope! I’m wrong. A friend streamed Hazbin Hotel season 2 for me a month or two ago. Now if we're talking YouTube series, I watched the most recent two episodes of Big Top Burger by Worthikids.

Salty or Sweet: Salty. I have a pretty low tolerance to sweet things.

Coffee or Tea: Both, but I have to be careful with them. I have migraines so I need a little of both but not too much, not too little, and only at very specific times of the day. Mostly I drink water.

Working on: I have no art projects I’m doing for myself currently. But I manage a statewide art competition for K-12 students and I’m working on putting that together and getting the show ready for installation in the next couple of weeks. I’m kind of elbows-deep in other people’s artworks, as I always am at work.

Now I have to tag people. Oh gosh. Um…. This is for @smeetfeet. The other day I asked for drawing requests and they gave me three suggestions: Zim trying to teach Dib Irken, Them hanging out on a rainy day, or a kiss. I liked all of the ideas so I thought I’d wrap them together in one comic. Thanks @smeetfeet for the great suggestions! Sorry this took so long to finish and post. (Oh, I illustrated some kids books a long time ago and if there is one thing I can draw, it is a park setting with park benches from different angles.)
