Less than 2 weeks, people! I'm looking forward to seeing what the last instalment of To All the Boys I've Loved Before will be like!😁🍑🦄 • • • #toalltheboysivelovedbefore #psiloveyou #jennyhan #prettybookcover #bookphotography #bookworm #books #tatbilb #tatbilbseries
This is a very easy and quick read.
I have seen the movie already, so I possibly know how all of this book plays out. Starting off, I was getting annoyed with the writing because it feels so simple and awkward, but it evens out eventually. I still think the writing is simple, but I’ve gotten used to it, so it doesn’t bother me.
I don’t know why she would have ever written the addresses on the letters. Obviously, it's there to make the book work, but I don’t understand the logic of it. It would be great if this gets addressed in the book somehow.
Also, Kitty is mean. Unless it was Margot who does it in the book.
Just a quick session today.
The book is following what I remember from the movie. It would be nice for there to be some extra things in there and there might have been already and I just don’t realize it.
What is so unfortunate about this book is the descriptions are vague, so I have to imagine everyone looking like they did in the movie.
The book is very cute and sweet. I haven’t had a lot of boyfriends and the one I had in high-school was out of high-school, so we didn’t have any of these cute moments.
Like the book is very fluffy right now and those are always fun to read. And I even wish sometimes I had a nice and sweet fake romance over the ones I’ve had because they were all so bad.
I finished this around 3 AM and forgot to post it.
I see why a lot of people believe she should have ended up with McClaren, but I can also understand why she chose Peter. I’m not invested in either relationship really, I just want Lara Jean to live her best life. I was going to watch the 2nd movie, but the trailer had stuff not familiar to me in the book, so I want to wait until I finish the series in case it pulls stuff from the last book.
Still a quick, fluffy, and sweet book to read. I’m glad I gave the series a chance. I don’t read a lot of lighthearted stuff, so this was super refreshing and fun. I look forward to finishing the series. AS LONG AS LARA JEAN LIVES HER BEST LIFE!!!
I had a shorter session today. I hope to finish it before July starts; it feels nicer to start the next month not being in the middle of a book.
Still very fluffy, but a little more racy I guess. I wasn’t expecting it to mention anything about sex or orgasms so early, but I appreciate it because I know girls and boys worry about that stuff. Still simple writing, but it is effective for the story. I wish there was a stronger character development or just a stronger picture of the characters overall, but it’s still an enjoyable book.
I have not seen the Netflix film for this but saw some vague spoilers, I just don’t know how any of it comes about.
