In lieu of all the news coming/ not coming out from mister Pedro Pascal.. we need a moment:

Today, I posted a cute teeth brushing activity I did with my preschoolers this week.. I upload the photos from recent to oldest, wedged between them was a photo of Pedro Pascal. I did not catch that I uploaded a photo of him. Until a colleague, texted me to ask “why is Pedro Pascal in your post?”

Went to said post and there he was. 🫣🤪🫠 quickly edited the post to delete the photo. But for an hour Pedro was an honorary student in my preschool class.

The price of using neodymium magnets a science demonstration. My skin got pinched so hard that it bled internally.

After this happened, one of my students said, "This is why you don't play around with magnets".

😟 Appalled, I retorted with, "I wasn't playing with them, I bled for science!"

After that, no one was allowed to Separate the magnets though. 😅

My history teacher used a piece of fanart for One Piece in a presentation about the west and Indians. He said 'Don't mind the prostitutes' He has used this presentation in previous years. He just now noticed Luffy clinging to the horse. Barely batted an eye.

Bad teachers#1

I had a fifth grade teacher from hell I will demonstrate this is four fold. One he argued about politics with me because I said I liked obama. Seriously grow up dude I was a kid how does that work how are you feeling powerful for yelling at a kid. Two,He made me do a presentation which caused me to have a panic attack and made me cry, because he kept pointing out every mistake I made. Three, He slammed his fist on my desk during my SATs. Really like that was going to help me finish at all Four, he told me my mom was going to die after me and a few friends were pretending to smoke twizzlers.

Easy, kind of boring 2.5 treadmill miles before school today! This new Old Navy tank might be my favorite ever... in case you can't tell in the photo, it says "coffee and cardio" on the front. 😁 Also, I was really kind of banking on another snow day today, because my IB classes were supposed to test, but that would put them two blocks ahead of my other class. So I had a minor panic over figuring out what to do in class today about 20 minutes before school started... I went with the Choices Program lesson on climate change, and my kids actually did really well with it (which is a minor miracle because I was a fucking disaster). Soooo... happy Wednesday I guess.
