Super light and crispy - their spicy sauce was 👌👌👌 not too spicy with a hint of sweetness and umami 💯 I love that they have a bowl with sashimi as it adds a bit of a different texture and freshness. @kohakutendonvancouver has combos which you can pair a bowl with different sides or drinks - I picked chawanmushi (a steamed egg custard with meat veggie and fishcake - my fave at any Japanese restaurant) their Hokkaido milk tea is strong!
