Had an awesome amazing time at my first ever #adventurerun I made 8 or the 10 stops and got the chance to experience a great running community. 2.5 miles of .5 mi progression with a .5 cool down. Walked a warm up of .75 not recorded. This run felt amazing. The perfect combo of pain and gain lol each .5 interval felt better than the last and was even tempted to run my entire cool down. #10ktraining #teamrunrprs #gettingbetter (at San Buenaventura State Beach)

Run #5 of my 10k plan. Didn't go as expected or planned but I'm trying to keep my head up and remind myself every mile counts. Another step in the right direction. Got a cramp in the arch of my right foot at a mile and tried to push through. My breathing felt good and even and it was nice to be out with the full moon while everyone else was asleep. Very peaceful. Total side note, this picture was taken at midnight with my camera phone...no filter.
