This vintage gem from Skateboarder Magazine, April 1978 captures Brad Bowman boosting sky-high as part of the Sims Team—repping the golden age of pool skating when style, speed, and amplitude ruled the scene. With Sims boards underfoot and pads strapped tight, riders like Bowman pushed vert skating into the stratosphere and laid the foundation for the skate culture we know today.
