I have not earned a throne. I have not earned an empire. Therefore, I have much work that still needs to be done. The hardest, but best part of this life that I am living is the constant CHALLENGE of it. It's something that I missed ever since I got out of the Marines in May of 2010. "This rep scheme isn't working," "This weight is too light," "This weight is too heavy," "My body is limiting me in this area." It's a constant direction changing, and on the fly, constantly thinking experience that I can only match with my time with the boys. I love it. Wherever a gym, and clients are that are willing to work is like home to me. This life is a blessing. Thank you to everyone that is on this crazy ride with me! Let's get back to WORK!
