Their kid's name is Dolly (she/her).

Lilith carries; Hooty straight-up inseminated her.

Hooty was fiercely protective of 'Lulu' was she was carrying, and would only let people near her at her insistence.

Oh, this would be a scenario. Willow is very skilled and knowledgeable about her berries - she knows which breeds will pop you, which ones will inflate you permanently, and which ones are just temporary.
