How Do You Disengage? 👉 Recently, I had a client that had a political hostile encounter via social media right before his session with me. When he arrived at my office he was completely charged up, and obviously resonating in the anger he felt. 😡 As a coach for Mindfulness & Meditation, I had to ask him the hard question; “are you enjoying the way you feel?” 🤔 It’s very important to remember, when we make the ‘choice’ to engage in hostile situations, the emotional residual doesn’t end with the encounter. It stays with us. 🥺 The energy of anger is now in your cellular memory. You will need to take deliberate steps to release the stress 🤯 now trapped in your body. Is it worth it? ⛑ My advice: if going on a social media platform fires you up, then disengage! DISENGAGE! It’s not worth your health.
