Here's a list of Testosterone Boosting Jumping Activities you can do to get strong legs and create lean muscle. I've alternated between hard and easy activities to give you a rest between the long ones:
Small jumps (basically jump and down repeatedly 50 times trying to land at different angles to strengthen your ankles)
Straight squat, no weights 20-50-100
Lunges 15 front, 15 back, 15 left, 15 right
100 M sprints - 8xs ... OR.... 10-30 more box jumps
plyo jumps - jumping back and forth while moving forward and back wards. so jump left and up and then immediately bounce right and up, go back and forth 4 xs and then do it backwards so you're at your starting position. Do this whole thing 3 times.
Standing long jump or running long jump - just see how far you can jump. 15xs
Wall jump. put one foot on a wall and try to see how far up the wall you can go. If you feel like you have that down, try to do 2 steps on the wall as a part of the jump. do this 20-30 times
Repeat this whole thing, if you can.
