Sometimes I’m not that confident in my own writing. Then other times, I feel overconfident. I am a 4-star author on there now and I already feel more pressure.

I think I am scared of disappointing people because whenever I get a revision request I instantly feel like I’m wasting their time... and they are paying good money for these articles.

I love writing and it’s a hopeful thing to have but I hate it when my anxiety screws me over, making me not want to log in to look for articles to prep for clients. What’s wrong with me...?

I think I’ll request a pay off this week and just give it a rest until after the weekend. I’ll keep it minimal with the 3-star topics until I feel confident again.

It’s wild, but my freelance writing job is actually what inspired me to start losing weight. I’ve done so much work regarding health and healthy diets that it felt ridiculous not taking my own advice.

Getting a scale tomorrow, so I’m not sure how much weight I’ve lost so far, but I’m in week 7 of the DASH diet and week 2 of serious calorie tracking/restriction. Lost an inch off my waist in 10 days (I didn’t start tracking until a good 4 weeks into the DASH), with my next check coming in a couple days (once my monthly starts and the bloating dies down).

I’m glad I eased into this and changed my diet around before I started working on calories. All the cravings for junk food stopped in 2-3 weeks on the DASH, and I was already seeing so many positive results (clear skin, so much less heartburn, heart didn’t feel like it was working as hard) that I was actually excited to start cutting calories.

For the first time in a decade I feel like I can actually lose 100+ pounds and be happy with how I look and feel. Next goal is exercising regularly, which I’m a bit more nervous about, but I’m starting it slow for now.
