ᯓᡣ𐭩 Bumblebee, being on the shorter side of the Autobots, tries to think of ways he could possibly make himself smaller. Whenever you come by, he tends to lay as flat on the ground as he can, trying to look more tiny. He'll even hide under something to try and achieve that

You get really confused when he's suddenly gone, and he tells you from wherever he's standing that if you can't see him, then it should help! Of course then he's hyperaware of where you are to make sure he's at no risk of squishing you
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Cliffjumper works out a walkie-talkie sort of communication system with you. That way, if he needs to be transformed, he can stay far away enough to not scare you while keeping conversations going
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Ratchet is the one that actually remembers their most practical solution— holoforms. A form they can take that would make them considerably smaller and help your fear. Ratchet modifies and refines the forms, preparing them for everyone to be able to use so you can feel comfortable

If he ever wanted a chat he'd just suggest you sit in the passenger seat and he could drive you around a bit while you hung out, though of course he was glad when he could speak to you naturally after the invention was done being refined
