Lancer toy that is a re-tool of the Age of the Primes Solus

Idea: Make Greenlight and Lancer Rescue Bots (from conversation with a friend)

I mean, these girls get hardly anything from any form of media to their name, but if you make them Rescue Bots, then you've got free range to develop them and expand on them (and without genderswapping some of the male toys, either - though I confess, Brushfire as a girl is interesting, but please make her a firetruck.)

Starting with Greenlight, I think she could be their medic.

Greenlight could probably turn into a Chevy SUV/suburban rescue vehicle, complete with a green and white paint scheme because it is technically a thing. Moreover, making her the medic would fit with how Greenlight's described as "the romantic" and how she didn't realize just how much the War would affect her. This would make it easier to have her become the medic and reflect on her pre-War life. For her partner, you could either take one of these characters and remold him for the part, or just make someone new.

I'm also suddenly now shipping Heatwave with Greenlight lol

Next would be Lancer, and you could even canonize that her name is Atalancer.

I personally think due to Lancer's size, she should be a bus, maybe even a Double Decker Van Hool TD925 bus. For one, Griffin Rock's madness should constitute a "Rescue Robot Bus" for public safety and transportation, especially for the young and old of the island. For another, it would reflect how Lancer is "the smart one" and you could segue into her being knowledgeable in many different fields that way. Likewise, any of the above options for a partner could be used for Lancer, assuming you didn't want to make someone up.

I know Lancer and Greenlight pretty much exist as a ship because they weren't paired with a male autobot during The search for Alpha Trion, but I adore them regardless. I like to think they have been together since forever and as a result are the only members of Elita's team who don't have to deal with relationship drama 💜💚

Lancer this time with alt mode

Lancer really blossomed into herself as a soldier. she uses her speed to doge enemy fire, hit and run tactics and to get in to plant bombs, being the explosives expert of the team.

Lancer had always wanted to join the elite guard, but was too nervous to do so until her friend Greenlight joined the army.

She was introduced in the G1 cartoon and popped up several times since, the 2005 IDW and 2019 IDW comic series being her most prominent roles.

The 2019 IDW series was were I really got to know her and I loved her!
