Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons peanut butter. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 teaspoon brown sugar. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Additional peanut sauce for topping optional.
Instructions: Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well, then shape it into 4 burger patties. Set the grill or pan on medium heat to get it ready. Patties should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done. You can grill or toast burger buns for a short time. Put red onion, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes on the bottom half of each bun to make a burger. Add chicken patties that have been cooked. If you want, you can drizzle more peanut sauce on top. Place the top half of the bun on top and serve right away.
