Ngam's Thai Burger is a fusion delight that combines the flavors of Thailand with the classic American burger. The red curry paste and fish sauce add a unique Thai twist to the traditional burger, while the fresh cilantro and veggies provide a refreshing crunch. Spicy mayo kicks up the heat, making this burger a memorable culinary experience.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp fish sauce. 1 tsp red curry paste. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 leaves of lettuce. 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce.
Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic, cilantro, fish sauce, red curry paste, sugar, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Separate the burger buns and toast them briefly on the grill or in a toaster while the patties are cooking. To make spicy mayo, mix Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread the spicy mayo on the toasted bun halves to make the burgers. After putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, put a burger patty on top of it. Put cucumber slices and carrot shreds on top of each patty. Add the top bun halves to finish the burgers. Enjoy the Ngam's Thai Burgers while they're still hot!
