I stand with her. All the way.
The Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event is looking to be the best yet with a bunch of OGs joining the fun, including Tom Welling as Superman!

Charmed Reboot: Review:Ep.1&2
*Caution* This review might contain spoilers.
On October 24th The CW premiered its Charmed reboot same time original Charmed turned 20. As you all here in my little tumblr community know I watched Charmed from beginning to end probably like 4 times already (thanks Netflix!) and I love it so much that I was afraid that the new one will kill it its original essence of sisterhood. There are three things I didn’t like and three things I did. .
Let’s begin with what I did like.
The fact the the charmed ones are Latinx. Representation matters and I think its awesome that this cast is so diverse! Love a witch with curly hair!
Love that one of them is a scientist, I’ll never forget the scene where Piper says “that makes sense because electricity is the only thing that separates water molecules” and it was like really? the average person doesn’t just know that.
I love that the younger sister doesn’t get premonitions but hears thoughts, having a human lie detector is going to come in very handy.
There was a scene where you see one of their rooms and there is a huge Puerto Rican flag on the wall which was pretty awesome. Story line wise though I need more information on their fathers since they appear to all have different dads.
They will be vanquishing demons with less “potions” and more science which makes it a little more real.
I HATED:
The white lighter’s orbing effect. It is hideous and not angelic, it isn’t even ORBING because there are no orbs.
How they try to force the “modern” “progressive” theme down our throats. There is one incident in episode two where they need mirrors to expel the demon but they’re all broken and the little sister triumphantly says “I got it” and uses her I-phone I laughed so hard at this part. I thought that was funny because of the way it was shot as if it was some big discovery and they gave it a beat (pause) as if we needed more explanation and to catch up.
It’s also just very annoying to have to watch them exploit very real issues simply because they’re popular. I feel like the original charmed used to tackle major women’s and social issues through their magical lessons and everyone could relate but the new Charmed just throws in your face the issues and movements that are making big headlines (#metoo etc)
All in all, the jury is still out. The episodes don’t seem to have the emotion I expect and the sisters having their mom the whole time except one also takes away from the whole sentiment. Check back for summary and review around episode 6.
— I wish we could just go. Just hop on a mоtorcycle and just leave Riverdale.
I hope they never split or combine Killerfrost and Caitlin Snow. Danielle Panabaker just plays them both to well.
