Not a request but kissing Astarion on the tip of his nose is underrated. It’s completely non-sexual, sickly sweet affection. I can just imagine him blinking in surprise if you do it out of nowhere, a creature in absolute astonishment.

Just imagine you're sitting on the ground or in a bed or smth and he's laid back in your lap, head resting against you. You play with his hair and he looks up at you like you're the sun, warming his skin so tenderly. You lean down and he expects a kiss, even grinning just thinking about it. But then you kiss his nose and he blinks, then laughs, baffled. Probably (definitely) teases you for it, claiming you confused his nose for his lips or saying you missed. Even going so far as to pout for a proper kiss until you give it to him

But then after that he's very giddy about receiving them. Can't help but smile and chuckle a little each time, because it's just so cute and sweet and endearing
