Forgers’ Character Archive — Entry 2: Navette the Nightseer 🌙

📚 A new Archive entry has surfaced — though the signal becomes unstable.

Navette the Nightseer is a Sungazer lizard Mobian who fully embraced the moon and darkness after her exile. Her Umbrakinesis is naturally weak, but the purple Sol Emerald she stole amplifies it… at a cost.

Chaotic, theatrical, and always smiling too wide, Navette thrives on surprise and imbalance — often relying on external power rather than her own strength.

This voiced speedpaint is my second Forgers’ Character Archive entry and an ArtFight attack for @monoex, whose storytelling and character work were a joy to interpret.

🌙 Trivia: Navette’s name is almost an anagram of Vendetta — intentionally designed as a foil to the latter, representing a darker path she could have taken.

Forgers’ Character Archive — Entry 1: Mascarpone (Ponpon)

📚 My very first Artfight attack — and a (slightly belated) birthday gift for The Great Chimera!

Mascarpone (aka Ponpon) is a six-year-old cottonball bat Mobian courier. He’s soft, small (2'3"), and brave in his own way — goggles, wall-clinging shoes, and a mailbag full of love (and a pastry from Mama Dulcinea!).

This video is my first public art post and the start of my voiced character speedpaint series. Thank you so much to Chimera for creating such a sweet OC — I hope Ponpon delivered a smile to you today. 💛📬

Additional trivia: ✨ Ponpon’s bag carries: An éclair 🍫 (gift from his mom Dulcinea), a love-letter 💌, and blue packages with the “O” from the Momocon logo 📦 (just for fun!). 🧀 His full name, Mascarpone, comes from a cheese — a sweet fit for Dulcinea’s baker motif and Ponpon’s innocent personality!

Navette (Nightseer) | Second & Final Artfight Attack 🌙

🌌 Here she is — Navette the Nightseer, delivered in true BOOKSMITH fashion! This one’s a direct strike to the amazing @monoex, inspired by her Moongazer title and that trademark mischievous grin. The pose is a little homage to Foxy’s jumpscare™ — because why not? 😉

✨ This attack marks the close of my first Artfight adventure. I didn’t include Navette’s full power aura this time, instead focusing on dramatic midnight lighting and a swirling moonlit sky to channel her chaotic energy.

I’ve been quiet here lately because… well, I’ve been battling a tricky Fade instance that’s been quietly holding me back from my creative flow. (Don’t worry — I’m still standing strong!) It’s been a mix of figuring out new tools, juggling uni, and spending precious time with family. I’m slowly breaking free and planning to share more about this mysterious Fade soon.

From Ponpon’s sunny mail runs to Navette’s moonlit leaps, this journey has been unforgettable. Now it’s time to turn the page to new projects — including my voiced speedpaint series, Blaze the Cat: Chaos Winter, and my meta-mythos Forgers of Fate.
