Let’s talk about shadow work. 🧘🏼♀️ Some call it battling your inner demons but I like to think of it as finding the synergy and harmony with your lightest and darkest parts. How can we know light without the absence of it? That is true within ourselves and loving ourselves doesn’t just mean celebrating the most good and positively seen parts of ourselves but also acknowledging all our flaws and recognizing that while not perfect, you are perfectly whole and complete. 👁️ The shadow when we look down at it seems dark and foreboding but in another perspective it provides shade for those under it. And like that shade protecting things from the heat so too does it our shadow work protect us from losing track of the light 💡 The more we reach in and heal and accept and join our shadows, the higher our frequencies vibe and align with our highest self.
