@holypatronus if it hadn’t been for lily i probably wouldn’t have an indie. when i came back into it after having been gone for like…. forever, lily completely swept me away with amazing characters and amazing writing and just ??? amazing everything.

         some would say eli was a good person, and most of the time he would like to agree with them. he felt like a good person. or at least an alright person. and at least somtimes. actually, he wasn’t sure and he hadn’t been sure ever since sebastian smythe walked into his life. and... they had something, right? something special. something he didn’t have with sam. it surly felt like that as they were laid out on the floor, eli holding onto the sleeves of his own tacky halloween sweater as well as the small notebook. it really really felt like it. ❝ nope, ❞ he shook his head, but he was having a hard time keeping the smile off his lips. one day he’d fight sebastian smythe for making him smile this much and feel like this, and--- oh my gosh, he was moving closer, what was he supposed to do ?? ❝ i, uhh--- ❞ it was totally the fire place that was heating his face up. yep. totally. and not sebastian. that was the explanation. the only explanation. yep.

           but he took sebastian’s hand. and he got up and followed along, even if he wasn’t sure what they were doing and... well, then they stopped. and they stopped for a while. it didn’t really make sense to him as he was staring into sebastian’s eyes. his heart was beating so fast and he was feeling so many things at that moment, he didn’t think to look around until sebastian pointed up to the... OH. oh. oh, that made sense. what christmas themed date would be complete without.... okay... he should have definitely seen that coming. he caught sebastian’s eyes again for just a moment before he felt his lips on his. his eyes fluttered closed and he leaned into it, returning the kiss almost hesitantly as he attempted figuring out how to do this properly. when sebastian pulled back, he was speechless. absolutely speechless, even more so than he had been when he first entered the winter wonderland. how did he manage to have this effect on him? he didn’t know. ❝ you’re, uhh.. you’re not talking about.. you know... christmas... are you? ❞
