if someone tells a woman she can't do something or can't think for herself because she's a woman, isnt that called misogyny?
people who are misogynists are also USUALLY transphobes, right? huge overlap there, yes?
so, imagine a trans man.
someone who is a transphobe and a misogynist would probably still see that trans man as a woman.
they would think he's a woman, because number one, he was born one and women obviously can't make decisions like this for themselves(misogyny)
and, because trans people aren't valid anyway(transphobia)
the overlap of transphobia and misogyny is called transmisogyny, yes?
this is very, very clearly showing that trans men can be and are affected by transmisogyny. transphobes won't see him as a man, and he is therefore subjected to their misogynistic treatment of a woman.
if anyone wants to teach me more about how im wrong that would be great but this is my understanding at the moment
