I did a TLK rewatch and got to season 3 episode 9 yesterday. It caused substantial emotional damage and I had to draw an Althred hug to cope with all the feels. Unfortunately it turned out to look like what I imagine to be their last goodbye and that of course did not make me feel any better.

Listening to "The Scientist" on repeat didn't help either. It's the perfect soundtrack for their final meeting.
