A couple big things 1: I went vegetarian. That's right! No more meat for me. I just decided since I don't eat meat that often to begin with that not eating meat at all wouldn't be that huge of a difference. It's been almost a week since I started and so far it's been wonderful. I've eaten so many fruits and vegetables and it's made a huge impact on my weight loss. 2: Speaking of weight loss, I lost 5 lbs! Ya girl is 5 lbs lighter!! Boy I was so nervous to step on that scale. I felt like I would be disappointed, discouraged. All the times I stepped on it recently, I was, and I felt so good I didn't want to stunt it by worrying over a number... but I decided to stay positive and do it anyway, and it paid off! I'm going on another jog today so hopefully the pounds will keep shedding (: 3: I'm getting my passport today! In the next half hour I'm going to submit my application for my passport for FREE at my school. I'm so excited!!! I can't believe I didn't know about it before but I can get a passport through my school. Space was limited so I had to go on the waiting list, but at 3 am this morning some spots opened and I got on the earliest one I could. I'm so excited!!! One step closer to Spain!!!! I'm feeling so great lately. I'm so happy and energized and I'm glad to be doing this well so early in the game!! I started this ab challenge with my best friend too, so hopefully that tones me up a bit... I'm so ready for this journey (:

Today was much better. Didn’t go as well as I would have hoped. I ended up sleeping past my alarm, and slept until 2 pm. It’s not what I wanted, but at least it wasn’t 4:30 p.m, and I still got 7 hours of sleep.
The good news is, when I woke up, I ate the breakfast I said I would, which was 2 eggs over easy, with ham, and toast. Also, I had a huge mug of green tea with lemon and honey. About an hour later I went for my jog, like I said I would, but I really pushed myself for being lazy this whole week and I wanted some discipline. So... I jogged for an entire hour! Not straight through. I have a running app to help my slow ass, but it was still a lot! I burned 566 calories.
The program had me warm up with a five minute walk, then alternate between running 60 seconds and walking 90 for 25 minutes, and then a 5 minute cool down. I did it twice!! I was so proud. I logged it everywhere I could - mfp, twitter, etc. I started using this app I found yesterday while browsing on tumblr, and it lets you log your food and add notes for mental health and mood while eating. It’s been really helpful so far, because I actually stop and think about what I’m doing when I eat and how I feel about it, instead of just doing it and ignoring myself.
I felt really good today, but tired after my jog. Which is so good for me, because I’ve had such a hard time sleeping lately. Hopefully tonight is better.
I’m going to get my birth certificate tomorrow at the health center, so I will probably jog there and back. I need to get one so I can get my passport. All these trips mean I need to have pre-flight plans figured out to, like immunizations, tsa, and my passport. It’s honestly so motivating every time I look at resorts and flights and stuff like that. It makes me work harder for a better, healthier body. I’m really glad I’m doing this before the new year, though, so I don’t look like a total cliche with my resolution lol.
Tomorrow I’m going to be more simple: wake up earlier, jog to health center, get my birth certificate, jog back, eat clean
I’ll put my goals stuff under a read more instead of making an entire new post, so read if you are interested!
Where do you guys purchase your Apetamin now?
Asking bc I saw that the buyer that I usually purchase from, Transmaw Foods, is currently sold out! :/
And ebay doesn’t have many options now. I’m not too fond of purchasing the smaller bottle one w/ the red and white labeling, Tres-Orix. Has anyone tried that brand of Apetamin!?
Help!?
