Buckle up, folks, because this one is a doozy.

A few days ago The Telegraph published this editorial outlining an investigation they did into sexual harassment and racial abuse a high profile CEO directed towards his staff.  But after a prolonged court battle they couldn’t name him because of non disclosure agreements he had with the victims.

When this story came out my lovely @duchessofostergotlands told me she thought someone in Parliament would use what is called Parliamentary Privilege and would be therefore legally allowed to release his name.

Well today, Lord Hain from the House of Lords revealed that it is Sir Philip Green, the CEO of Topshop and many other brands, as the accused.  This is the CEO who ordered the removal of the feminist book display from Topshop not that long ago BTW.
