I had fun designing these three for the adventuring party audio so I am sharing some of my notes with y'all on them here
Feng is one of the more seasoned of the four with more years on his belt as a warrior from both his experience with adventuring and his time serving the emperor as his bodyguard. He doesn't talk often about himself but Nahome's influence has been wearing down his closed-offness enough to the point that he's at least talking to people more.
Nahome is even older than Feng by a wide margin but has less experience as he's only been an adventurer for a few years, having been a part of Feng's previous party after he helped him restore the roots to an elder tree in his kingdom. Back then, Nahome was pretty content to live out his days as the one who tended to the elder tree, but after meeting Feng, his perspective shifted and he wanted to spend more time with him to know what else could take him by surprise.
Aranck is the most fresh to combat out of everyone, he's spent most of his life having benn trained in his lands' magical ways only to then have to go through the process of having to then translate all those spells into modern spellcraft for him to even be considered a proper wizard by the adventuring guild. He wasn't too pleased by that process but his success at least means he can finally see more of what the world has to offer and that will be worth writing home about.
Finally, Sonu (who wasn't always gonna be a human but I relented and well we're here now) needed to find his way to Ingahd in order to fulfill the final requirement of becoming an elder monk in the great temple and living up to his grandfather's expectation. The only thing he needed to do was to join a party and prove he could handle that journey by building up some renown in the guild, all while adapting to now getting along with folks who didn't grow up with him in the temple.
