theories about logan from 62 (and general thoughts)
okay so we have this new character
not necessarily the favorite, lots of fans prob hate him bc hes annoying and jarthur hate him

take that + the pretty much certainty that someone is finding out about john - my guess within the first season, and we got me getting BIGG vibes that logan is gonna find out about john first. if not first, then second.
like we got callihan. love him. fav character of threshold tbh. i get vibes that hes gonna find out about john and be around for most of the series. i dont get the vibes that he's gonna die within the first season or two. tbh i can imagine him and charlie meeting and vibing
then we got faroe. i have a very strong gut feeling that she's gonna find out arthur isnt her 'real' dad and find out about john. or AT LEAST the first part. she's gonna notice something's off. jarthur said it themselves, shes a sharp girl
then we got logan. tbh, he reminds me a little of larson. a situation where this annoying seemingly insignificant twit randomly stalks arthur (larson through uncle) and stays suspicious of him. logan and larson feel somewhat the same to me. like they're gonna have the same turnout
it feels like the whole situation where this one character, who at first seemed like he was gonna be a one and done deal, turns out to be major to the story for at least a couple seasons.
my theory is that logan - who is already following jarthur around and stalking them bc of parker - is gonna follow them somewhere he shouldn't. on some sort of very very paranormal eldritch fueled case. something that dips into kayne maybe? [tho, if kayne's coming back, i feel like its gonna be late threshold/early series three].
its gonna be some case where john has to be heavily acknowledged and logan sees something he shouldnt have because he followed jarthur around. and hes going to find out vitally private information about jarthur. my guess is that hes gonna go snitching to the chief or whatever and try to get jarthur charged for that
who knows. maybe its my fanfic brain whirring but perhaps he learns shit, goes to the chief, tries to report them for parker's death. turns out the chief doesnt fucking like that and something happens where logan gets demoted maybe? the chief is sick of his suspicion of arthur and finally has a reason to get rid of logan - he names it insanity and kicks him out.
well, jarthur cant just let logan go with all this information that could spell ruin to them, can they? if someone will even believe logan, that is.
BUT DO U SEE WHAT I MEAN
logan is gonna go snooping where he shouldnt, find something out, and discover the existence of john. who knows, maybe he warms up to jarthur or something and becomes a iffy ally
this doesnt even dip into the guy they found alive at the barn. that mf is definitely coming back
