okay so i work at a pizzeria,right? my coworkers and bosses are phenomenal people buuuut they don’t handle stress well and they often raise their voices which is normal for most people, i suppose. the problem is i’m a very soft spoken person and i’m also an empath so i am highly affected by other people’s mood and i’m usually really good at disconnecting myself from negative energy but in some situations at work it becomes extremely difficult and i become extremely anxious. anyway point is that i had an interview today and that’s the first step in improving my life and hopefully decreasing my stress levels!!!☺️
