Time doesn't matter. Decision is INSTANT

When affirming, meditating, intending, and stuff, duration doesn't matter as much as direction and focus. It's like quality over quantity. Meditation for an hour with your thoughts and attention everywhere vs 20 minutes meditation but with focus, which one do you think is better?
Also another reason duration doesn't matter as much is because time is an illusion and all there is is the now. so past doesn't have to define anything unless you say it does and future ofc is just a guess of what might happen/be.
It doesn't matter if you were in a bad mood yesterday the whole day, if you do something that makes you happy or merely decide your mood is better now and that you're feeling better, then it changes in an instant. It doesn't matter your mood was bad or whatever cuz it was your state "longer".
Or it doesn't matter if you wore blue colour for 3 days or a whole damn week. It doesn't make changing into another colour harder or anything. It's just a choice, a decision you make and it's instant. Even if takes you a minute to actually go and put on another colour, the decision was and always is instant. Your decision can change in an instant.
That's why flipping your thoughts is a thing. Let's say you decided to go sit in the living room, but then randomly you decided "no, i don't wanna go to the living room anymore, i wanna go to HW kitchen" so you instantly decide that even if you're walking towards the living room as you were thinking that, you instantly decided and then you go to the kitchen or whatever. That decision was instant even if you thought something else before. Same way, You might say on autopilot that your eyes are green if you have green eyes. But you want blue eyes, you're manifesting blue eyes, you can decide that in an instant. Even if you don't see it just like how you wouldn't see the kitchen when you're in the living room or your bedroom, but you know how it looks in your head.
