Inspired by the introduction scene with Clank and Bobble (and Wiki article about Bobble)
I just love the idea of Bobble being this close-talker, completely oblivious to how uncomfortable the person he talks to can feel. Eclipsa would always find it a bit stressful and unnerving, but also like the attention and closeness: she is too insecure and shy to initiate the talk, so she always mentally begs someone to approach and talk to her.
I keep re-reading this description of him on Wiki and it's just so adorable to me
