Just TLITD Marlene Things
She smells like cinnamon, but her favorite food is apples.
She only writes with Sugar Quills and occasionally muggle pens.
Her hands are always ink-stained from writing so much.
She LOVES wearing short skirts and thigh high socks, but her socks seldom stay up.
She’s fascinated by Muggles and Muggle culture.
The Sorting Hat considered placing her in Gryffindor, but decided on Ravenclaw in the end.
She’s the middle child in a family of seven children.
Each house at Hogwarts has had a Mckinnon at some point.
She gets along well with her niece and nephew and occasionally volunteers to babysit them.
The reason she’s so outspoken is because as the middle child in such a large family, she learned it was the only way to make her voice heard.
She loves Divination, because she gets to be creative with making up predictions and awe her naive professor and classmates.
She’s been playing Quidditch since she was six-her older brother taught her in secret, as her parents didn’t want her to learn until she was ten- and even considered trying out for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, but decided that the stress of balancing Quidditch with schoolwork, Prefect duties, her writing career, and her friendships wouldn’t allow her enough time to be the opinionated, free-spirited eccentric we know and love.
