Day 1 of #heartsoverhands is just the ticket because we are starting off (tomorrow) with WRIST WARMUPS. . . When you're upside down, your wrists become your ankles. That's all well and good, but they are smaller and more mobile than ankles...so they need both stretching and strengthening. . . These "flash lights" or "forearm pumps" help awaken and strengthen the little stabilizer muscles all around the forearm that in turn, help secure the wrist structure. . .
