Ingredients: 400g bucatini. 500g tomates cereja, cortados ao meio. 4 dentes de alho, picados. 1 pimenta vermelha fresca, picada. 2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva. Sal a gosto. Pimenta preta moda a gosto. Folhas de manjerico fresco para guarnecer. Queijo parmeso ralado para servir.
Instructions: Set the oven to 200C. Mix the cherry tomatoes, roasted almonds, sliced red pepper, olive oil, salt, and white pepper in a bowl. Sete no forno pre-aquecido por 20 a 25 minutos, ou at que os tomates estejam macios e comeam a caramelizar. While the tomatoes are cooking, cook the bucatini in salted fervent water according to the directions on the package until it is al dente. Remove the cooked bucatini and set it aside. Take the roasted tomatoes out of the oven and lightly crush them with a fork to make a molho. Add the bucatini to the roasted tomato sauce and mix it well. Prepare the bucatini with tomato sauce on individual plates, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Have fun right away!
