Being touch starved but also aroace and neurodivergent is fixing hard! I don’t want necessarily romantic touch but just a hug or something. I love my friends and I’m sure they’d be willing to but something it’s hard to admit because I’m also at the same time touch adverse because it’s easily overstimulating.

But I just need a fucking hug! Sometime to hold me, as lonely as that sounds.

My family wasn’t very affectionate growing up so I just learned to be like that. But now, just the thought of having someone I trust hug me, makes me want to cry

My Wanderer/Scara Headcanons!!!

These are my Scara headcanons :3 I wanted to make this cuz it might explain some of the ways i protray Wanderer in my writing, and cuz fun as well. Some of these are a little suggestive!! but i tried to keep as sfw as possible

I think he's ace, I believe he has very little to no sexual desire because of the fact he's a puppet, yeah, he still has emotion, you're right, but I just don't think he has too much sexual desire considering he was artificially made, BUT!!! I think he would purely for powers' sake ( When he was still the balladeer), so he could feel in control, or to make his partner happy

Romantically speaking, I think he's pan, I think he couldn't truly care at all about his partner's gender or their looks. As long as he trusts them, he could find anyone romantically attractive! ( I think he might have a teeny tiny preference for women cuz... I am one, and I love him, and to account for the fact that he might be searching for female validation since Ei abandoned him.)

I think he is anatomically genderless, and just felt more aligned with male pronouns and gender roles! I think this way cuz it also aligns with my ace headcanon cuz if he's anatomically genderless, he's unable to be freaky, yk? I also think that because I think Ei is the biggest lesbian to ever lesbian, just didn't wanna make him anatomically male, I think she straight up refused.

Bpd. Not elaborating too much cuz..... It's OBVIOUS but yeah

I think his love languages are Gift Giving and Acts of Service. I think he would try his best to give you things you want, because he likes watching the emotions that gifts bring you, and he likes knowing he can perform the human tradition of giving gifts. Acts of Service, because I think instead of outwardly confessing to you, he would just start progressively doing more things for you. Like if you had just started getting closer to him and you asked him to grab you something, he would say something along the lines of "no, do it yourself." Progressively, to grabbing it with no remarks, and a small smile on his face.

I think he is adverse to touch until you know him closely. I think he would only let someone he truly trusted touch him at all. He does this as a way to keep himself from getting close, out of fear of abandonment, along with a sense of self hatred, touch reminds him that his body is not natural and being touched gives him a sense of disgust when he doesn't know if you would still care for him if you knew he wasn't natural, thats why it takes trust for him to let you touch him because knowing that your aware he's artificial and love and trust him anyway makes the feeling of self hatred and digust melt away

That's all the ones I can think of right now, cuz I wrote this randomly on a whim, I might make more at somepoint

Y'know what's funny? As much as I crave touch, I'm also touch-adverse. I kind of touch-starve myself.....

I'm not naturally a hugger.

Sure, I have people in my life I will hug but it usually takes me awhile to warmup to folks. And some people are just more huggable than others (don't ask me why). Honestly, I don't hug most of my friends.

And the amount of sloppy hugs/kisses I have to deflect when I'm playing music at a bar! Yeesh.

I'm also really squeamish about professionals touching me. I rarely get my hair cut (it's a mess... I'm aware). Doctors are a struggle. Dentists are almost a hard limit.

And I never get my nails done. I actually got my very first pedicure about a month ago. And man, did I dread it.

And I think all of this is because touch is kind of an intimate act for me.

Not in a sexual way, but in a vulnerable "I'm-allowing-you-into-my-space" kinda way.

So, if I feel that connection with someone and can let down my guard to enjoy their hugs, their cuddles, their touch... their teases........

Well, that's a rare treat for me. 🥰

My touch aversion is fine normally like I can handle it. And then some days I want to rip my skin off when it gets touched like it’s just this awful feeling like my skin is crawling and I need to get it of off of me
