By the way, today Sekihan appeared in Piko’s 15th anniversary live and they sang Cendrillon, Immitation Black and Magnet! At the end of the live when they revealed all the information I swear that was the loudest scream I made in a long time. Sekihan even brought out some sake to commemorate the event, and they even tasted it out from the same cup 🤭

Ah and Tourai (RyuseiP), the utaite/VocaloidP who wrote Magnet even appeared in person with a hammer to punish the two of them for making fun of his original song 🤣🤣 At the end, the three of them sang Black Rock Shoother together too 🥺 Overall the live was so good I’m so happy to be alive. Piko sounded perfect, as usual and not even in my wildest dream could I even expect Akapiko hammer to come back, and come back strong like this 😭

I don’t remember posting this here, but Tourai covered nulut’s “Proto Disco” earlier this month! I was still in Japan at the time and wasn’t nearly as active here as I am now.

The chorus is still what gets me; the whole Asamack family is there. Yes... even a certain Yumamiya.

And I’m not sure which is better, the fact that these artists also used an authentic traditional Japanese music arrangement to honor the spirit of the original, or the fact that this song has a dance! Tradition is just pouring out every corner with this song.
