Also, one dirty cop in one city doesn’t actually explain away all the other crime and murders all over the country, or the fact that most violence is intra-racial, and black people are also disproportionately likely to be victims.

Humboldt Park ain’t exactly a country club, even today. And the cop himself is Hispanic. In fact, I’m having trouble finding a single person allegedly framed in the article who doesn’t sound Hispanic. HP is over 50% Hispanic and 40% Black. White people are a minority.

It’s ironic that idiots like Toure trying to exploit actual problems with cops for clout make those problems harder to address.
