Xue Xian is actually so ridiculously iconic with all of his bad temper, restlessness, overdramatism etc. Like in the scene when he climbed a tree while being half-paralysed. Or Xuanmin's head along his face for some reason (in his paper man form, not any other lmao, though I suppose it'd be either hilarious or very gay otherwise). Or ESPECIALLY when he'd been speeding around in that Ancient Chinese analogue of a wheelchair. I adore him so much (also because he's a dragon obviously. I'm crazy about dragons duh)

I think everyone should read tong qian kan shi at least for the sake of experiencing Xue Xian
