I've been trying the vegan/vegeterian thing on and off now for some time and I decided on this beautiful day I was going to really give it a good crack! The goal is to stay vegan for a month and then take it from there. I'm excited and ready! More posts to come!!

✖️ boiled egg, 4 x button mushroom, 1 x truss tomato, parsley & moccona instant black coffee ✖️ 2 x whey whip peanut butter protein balls ✖️ 10 x pitted dates (☹️) raspberries, lots of dried coconut, with another black coffee ✖️ lots of watermelon 💦 slow & steady 6 km run 💦 slow & steady legs workout at the gym [it's that time of the month so ain't nobody feeling energetic, jumping around, getting all sweaty up in here]

✖️ banana & cacao smoothie ✖️ muesli with coconut chips and dried fruit, and homemade raspberry chia jam (all reason and rational portion control went out the window - I definitely felt that "out-of-control", "bingey" behaviour even if I didn't get the chance to actually cause heinous over-consumption damage☹️) ✖️2 x whey whip peanut butter protein balls 💦 4 km dog walk 💦 8 km run 💦 quick kayla-style arms & abs at the gym

Abs 26.5". 15" difference 5. Neck 13". 3" difference 3. Boobage: 37". 5"difference Goal:135. 69lbs difference I don't know if that is really proportional or whatnot but this is basically what I want. I believe it is doable.
