sunrisexara I’d say it’s a toss up between the two. I’d buy it’s a Standard Written Trade language of sorts, the Quarians don’t hide that a lot of their ships in the Migrant Fleet are purchased or salvaged from other species. Makes total sense then in that case that the Standard Language is all over them, but I’d also buy the ships in their case are covered in Khelish, cause a lot of the other writing doesn’t quite look quite the same as what you see during Tali’s mission

and those ones from sur'kesh, in the screenscap i took they appear on mordin's screen as he moves with eve:
to me those are the same signs but made smaller and put on a certain angle, for the first one there is a gap just like on the migrant fleet
