Goddammit, Todd in the Shadows has a new Trainwreckords out (hooray! 🥳) and it's about Limp Bizkit's "Results May Vary" and now I have their godawful rendition of Behind Blue Eyes that I'd forgotten existed stuck in my head 😫😫😫
(Also, somebody pointed out in the comment section that in HBO TLOU-verse, this album came out three days before Outbreak Day, so it may have, in part, contributed to humanity's downfall 😂)
I relish the series, but simultaneously dread and look forward to the day when Todd in the Shadows does a "Trainwreckords" on an album I own. (He did get me into "No Fixed Address", and I'll always defend "Cyberpunk")

I don’t know if I’ve said it before on here, but I love Todd in the Shadows’ Trainwreckords series so much. Basically, Todd discusses in great detail the albums that were so poorly received, they ruined the artist’s/band’s career. He’s covered a great range of music acts, from Creedence Clearwater Revival all the way to Robin Thicke, and I can’t stress enough the amount of research he puts into these things. Also, it helps that he has a good sense of humor and he adds a good touch of personality to each episode with commentary & editing.
Here’s one of my favorites, it’s about a Beach Boys album that was released in the ‘90s
TRAINWRECKORDS: "Summer in Paradise" by The Beach Boys
I’ve probably watched this like half a dozen times now cause it’s so mesmerizing how bad this album is.
