SYNC.ART'S - Wind of Healing [2004]

at a glance, to me, this looked like your average early doujin arrange album - super midi, chill, samey, you know what i mean. but this is actually one of the coolest freeform hardcore albums i've heard so far!

this is a ragnarok online arrange album. i haven't heard or seen much of that game, but from what i have seen, this album captures its vibe. super suspenseful and epic, while still being beautiful. ahead of its time for japanese freeform, dare i say. kai gojou is very talented.

afaik SYNC.ART'S is a more "popular" doujin circle, especially for his touhou arrange stuff. this is one of kai gojou's first albums as SYNC.ART'S. he's also done some clannad arrange albums and stuff which i intend to check out soon.

(side note by the way, this album turned 20 years old a couple weeks ago. that is cool)
