When you look at the actual stats and information that is freely available you can see that this is harmful. Not to men, not to trans people, but to women and girls. Women and girls have been forced to take the brunt of this change in worldview - forced to say our entire nature is at the whim of men who wish to be us, that our physical safety is less important than these men, and that all our previous rights, spaces, and little things that make us women are open to being stolen by these men and we are to keep silent.
This movement will looked back on like we look back on those single mother homes in Ireland who stole babies and send them off to be adopted by strangers with the justification that it was for the good of society. That it was the morally correct thing to do.
We are seeing a reduction in craziness that happened post-pandemic but the extreme views and long lasting effects on young people will go on much longer.
