tips for trace/ctdr

please note i am not done transitioning into Japanese, transitioning takes time and effort never rush your journey if you have any questions, tips, or confessions feel free to put a message in my inbox. i have been trace/ctdr for 2 or so years now but ive only started transitioning less than a year ago

listen to subliminals subliminals are probably one of the easiest and most affective way to manifest, you can manifest just about anything. (i myself am thinking of starting a transid sub acc on youtube!)

use slang from your dr (desired race) slang can help you feel more with your dr and helps you if you plan on moving or using social media websites from your dr. You can learn slang words from looking up "slang words from __" (I myself dont really use slang words but i do use www for laughing sometimes)

doing massages on your body i personally dont know much about this but i have heard of monolid massages that help give you monolids or hand massages that thin your hands

working out this really only applies if you wish to lose/gain weight during your journey then working out is a good idea

learning your drs language learning your language is helpful if you plan on moving to your drs country, i do not recommend you use duolingo i recommend Busuu, Babbel, Memrise, and teuida

telling people you are your dr telling people that you are your dr can work to make you feel more comfortable, if you're scared to tell somebody do not tell them that you are ctdr/trace

research your drs history researching history can help you feel more connected and learn really interesting things, i love learning about Japanese history and since its over 1500 theres always things to research authors note I LOVE MY WIFE HEHEHE@silliysz
