everyone speculates freaky on star trek xeno-genitalia but has anyone thought additionally about alien specific gender-affirming practices?

what sexual characteristics and general physical characteristics are gendered? then what does gender affirming care look like with those unique qualities? gender-affirmation in friendships and relationships and presentation socially? what does it look like when those norms come into conflict with human standards of masculinity and femininity and androgyny?

anyway do you think they have an equivalent to estrogen on vulcan and can we get some to spock?
