I'm retaking my old fan-AU "Transformers: Matrix", I won't be sharing much about the new lore, so i'll be sharing the immates documents from the Trypticon prison. Hope it gets your eye.

I'll start with Soundwave.

I drew the line art, colored, highlighted, shaded and messed around with the styles on Photoshop and this is what I got.

The Autobot Matrix of Leadership is from Transformers Generation One and is owned by Hasbro.

Thanks to Epic The Musical I can't stop thinking about a cool idea.

Hot Rod being apart of a Prophecy that the current Primes constantly get visions of. They see a mech of red and gold who seemly burns Cybertron by engulfing it in flames, Sentinel Or Zeta mistaken these visions as a warning of a very dangerous mech and they try everything in their power to prevent it from happing. However when Optimus takes on The Matrix he doesn't see it as a warning but as a sign of Cybertron's rebirth and hope for a better life as the flames burn away the corruption allowing new growth.

Now its a race against time to find Hot Rod before the Senate do if they want to ensure the survival of Cybertron.

I think I’ve seen another ask of yours about siren soundrod on Oceanoasis page. I loved that one too.

This is such a good idea and makes me think of how Zeta and Sentinel were of the old ways that were bad and therefore assumed something bad would come there way since they’ve done nothing but terrible things. While Optimus represents good and was looking for good things and something to help their home and he saw the true message behind the visions.

Optimus is a true pick of the matrix while the other two are not which is why when the visions come he knows what they actually are while the other two have further doomed their home by misinterpreting the messages or blatantly making it worse on purpose.

I just really like all these ideas, especially your ask & i think it’s so cool.

You know there's one problem in bayverse that kind fatal, is that what make a prime, prime. I meant while bay using the 13 or 7 primes as the first and original, then the rest is not 'original' or they are original descendants.

Matrix leadership only can be used by prime and need to earned it that is the concept make you a prime in g1 and all mostly transformers continuity.

Now, Sam got the matrix from the the original primes self, they even said it he earned it, even it's pretty much also meant for sam giving matrix to bring back optimus.

Did bay realize that bay just make Sam a prime too?

I know he is human but come on every transformers fan know of someone earning matrix and can using it, that person is a prime.

So I guess that is why bay make rule that 'you are prime because you are born prime and not made', to make it Sam not became a prime

Fr! so I'm doing the digging on its history and its interesting to think about it the original context of being an original line of code imbedded in successive leaders, and it being like a seed to be sown in certain bot who could then prove themselves to be a full realised prime and leader before becoming a physical object and symbol

and in the movies what are implied to be the original primes had long sown and watched that same seed of prime in Sam

but instead of Him being a Prime leader its more like he's just a tool of Primes, something like a prophesied resuscitation device, which is a hilariously tragic thing to be.

like your not the hero your destiny is to be the smoke bomb that sets up the hero's epic moment

which Sam isn't even alone in that vain of bots who had matrix prime protentional but instead of just not being enough to fulfil that aspect he just was given a totally different quota.

SO one could argue Sam is a prime just a prime who wasn't ever intended to be like any other before him. Which I find even more hilarious then him being a failed prime, like no he's a full prime just gets to work in a different department then all the others

I’ve seen the trend of “Draw an OC in your friends’ styles” pop up now and again on twitter and felt like taking an AU specific spin on Stormguard with some AUs of various friends of mine with their own TF continuities that I just adore.

From top left to bottom right, we have Brave New World ( @necromastersdomainstuff ), Reversal (by the lovely @moontruffles), SNAP ( @thenamesblurrito) and a trinity of AUs by @agatharights on the bottom row! Matrix, Paradise and Rangers respectively.

I highly encourage y’all to check out those AUs and the work of the respective artists, if you haven’t already!
