When I bought my new Tama kit from a friend it came with a few extra toms and some cymbals and hardware. This gave me the idea to build a second kit out of spare parts. It won’t sound as nice as the Tama kit to be sure, but also I won’t have to be as precious with it as dents, scratches, loose parts and a little rust are already there. Behold my poor, disfigured, monster kit! Sorry Jeremy. I didn’t even end up using those toms! Samantha and I hopped on these kits the other night and I can say the only thing more fun than drumming is drumming with a friend. :D At least while you’re both still so new that you’re just making crazy noise, anyway.
