Throwback Thursday ⏱
🎮 | Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation (1999) 👨🏻💻 | Core Design • Eidos Interactive
Para o TBT desta semana desenterrámos o trailer de lançamento do jogo. Lembram-se de o ver na TV? Caso sejam daquela altura, claro.
TR4 - KV5 (1)
Lara continues her quest in the level called KV5. KV stands for Kings Valley. KV5 is a tomb of the sons of Rameses II. It was a gigantic tomb that housed 70 sons and daughters that died during his lifetime.
06.01 - Hieroglyphics
Didn’t found these hieroglyphics on the internet.
06.02 - Cartouche
These vertical cartouches came from the Tomb of Rameses IV (KV2) from the ceiling.. These are the names and titles of the pharaoh. Nesut-Biti (king of Upper- and Lower-Egypt), Neb-tawi (lord of the two lands), Praenomen, Sa-Ra (Son or Ra), Neb-Khau (unknown). Nomen with Ramses in it.

06.03 - Ceiling
The ceiling came from the book of Heavens of the Tomb of Rameses IV (KV2). It tells about gods of the night, when the goddess of heaven (Nut) swallows the sun and the journey of the sun. The ancient Egyptians really loved good stories ^_^
For the first time I enjoyed a (virtual) view into an ancient Egyptian tomb with this link: https://bit.ly/2kLfhJD. This one is a screenshot which contains the scenery above. It contains the heavenly bark of Ra
06.04 - Thoth, the king and Horus.
It is the king between the gods Thoth (moongod) and Horus. I can identify him as King Ramses III from his tomb KV11. Found on pinterest: https://www.pinterest.fr/pin/813322013935790113/
06.05 - Kings on thrones.
This is a scenery of Abu Simbel temple in Egypt near the border of Sudan. It is a temple of Ramses II seated on four thrones. In the scenery we see a smaller princess and a fan-bearing prince, most likely children.
BIG WHAMMY INCOMING. A pretty flattered Jedda. A Real tired Gawain. A kinda spooked Ward (perhaps an "Oh. Ooooooh." Moment with Scarlette) AND A HELLA FLATTERED HARBINGER TRIO because they're all dorks and are absolutely and hysterically bad at this and I love them
Gawain goes first because I got inspired enough to do a little comic about his ongoing crush on the party’s Cleric, Dain. ( he belongs to @luckysquid , Halona and Triv belong to @thatgermangirl )
I’m gonna break the following responses up into separate posts just to keep things organized. MORE COMING...!!
