First entry for @tolkienrsb 2022 :D The accompanying story written by @tinnurin will be available on the 9th. It’s a suspenseful story that follows the three after they escaped the fall of Doriath. Please look forward to it!

I’ve always liked the headcanon that Thranduil and Oropher were the ones who rescued Elwing after the Second Kinslaying. So here is a young Thranduil carrying baby Elwing while a grim and determined Oropher leads the way ; w ;

I guess you can view this as a direct continuation of this piece I drew of Dior giving Elwing the Silmaril before sending her away. The cloak she’s wearing is Luthien’s hair cloak. I headcanon that it can shrink or grow to fit the wearer as long as they’re of Luthien’s line.

TRSB ART 2022: Legacy of Fire

Story: In the hall of Mandos, Feanor and Fingolfin bond with the loss of their children.

It was an absolute joy to work with @ettelene who was the best author an artist could hope for. <3 The collaboration was always filled with positive and creative energy that I couldn't believe I had such luck working with her! Her story has BLOWN ME AWAY even before it was finished. The attention to detail, the clever use of subtlety and her understanding of these characters all lead to this heart-wrenching story that had driven me to tears many times. <3 <3 <3

My finished piece for the Tolkien Reverse Summer Bang @tolkienrsb 2022! It’s my favorite duo ever- Annatar and Celebrimbor. 

I collab’d with @raisingcain-onceagain for their fic titled “lost in the illusion, and i cannot hide” on AO3- it is definitely one of the more unique takes I’ve seen on the relationship and I adore it to the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much once again for working with me!! <333

Maedhros is convincing Haleth that these horses are not a dowry gift, but part of a business deal. He's used to dealing with convincing people to do things they'd not expect.

Haleth however, has a very good eye for when something is genuinely just. nonsense.

TRSB22 – The Thread of Life

Here is my second piece for the Tolkien Reverse Summer Bang 2022 @tolkienrsb - this time it's not a digital piece, but an embroidery I worked on this summer.

A handkerchief embroidered by a loving hand and given to Thorin Oakenshield just before he left on his Quest deserves its own story, don't you think?

I'm happy to say that @frosticenow is the author of that great story and I hope you'll read it once it's revealed on September 9th! I've had lots of fun collaborating with you on this piece 💚
